Louetta Bell passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013 at her home in Liberty, KY. She was 77.

Funeral services are 12pm noon CT/1pmET, Tuesday March 12, 2013 at Hilltop Trinity Full Gospel Tabernacle, Casey County, KY, with Bro. Donald Clark officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery. Visitation is Monday, March 11, 2013, 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, and Tuesday at the funeral home until 11:30amCT/12:30pmET.

Louetta Bell was born August 21, 1935 in Casey County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Franklin and Amanda Brackett Tarter. She passed away Saturday March 9, 2013 at her home in Liberty, Casey County, KY. She has reached the age of 77 years, 6 months and 19 days.

She was a homemaker and attended Hilltop Trinity Full Gospel Tabernacle.

She was the widow of Eddie Bell, who passed away May 5, 2001.

Survivors include the following:
  • Four sons: Eddie Dale Bell of Liberty, KY; Dennis Lee Bell of Cincinnati, OH; David Grant Bell of Liberty, KY; and Robert Dwayne Bell of Liberty, KY

  • Seven grandchildren

  • Several great-grandchildren

  • Brother: Jason Tarter of Cincinnati, OH

  • And sister: Iva Dean Turner of Liberty, KY
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by brothers, Ralph and Addis Tarter and sisters, Jessie Clark, Jewel Whited and Katherine Picklesimer.

Arrangements entrusted to McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY.
