Jon Halsey: Government business is our business

Jon Halsey writes:
Ralph, Shame on you!

The "government business" IS our business. Holding our employees to their contractual obligations AND suggesting possible ways for them to do a better job at doing their job ain't meddling - Nope, no way, no how.

But I recognize you know that already. Seems the Waggener boys have a predilection for "stirring the pot" occasionally.
