Are they no longer functional? --Leshia FairThanks, Leisha Fair Good question. Just from memory, I think they just need significant repairs. Over the past six or seven decades the clocks have been maintained only when dedicated people like Joe Moore and the late Carl Hutchison had time to keep them going.
