Flatwoods photo reminds him of driving habits in older days

Comments re photo 45811 Scenic Adair Co KY The Flatwoods not so flatDonnie Ray Wheeler writes:
Me and Dale Janes used to drive this road after dark with our lights turned off side by side. Glad our dads didn't find out about it. - Donnie Ray Wheeler

Thanks, Donnie Ray Wheeler for telling it all. Kids today may not understand that males under the age of 30 underwent a temporary brain-ectomy when they got behind the wheel of a motorized vehicle. And they may not know that the worst thing which could happen to a wayward child was for a dad to learn of their behavior. Maybe it's still that way today; I don't know. Nobody tells me anything. -EW
