She was 73. Funeral services are at 3pmET/2pmCT, Thursday June 28, 2012 at the Athens Church of Christ with Bro. Kenny Spaw officiating. Burial will be in Poplar Hill Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, June 27, 2012, at the Athens Church of Christ, 6pm-9pmET/5pm-8pmCT , and will continue at the church Thursday from 10amET/9amCT until funeral service. Pallbearers are Donna Murphy, Tiffany Murphy, Drema Thompson, Judy Vaughn, Dwight Murphy and Brance Thompson. Born Friday, June 9, 1939 in Casey County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Robert C. and Delta Sallee Meeks. She died in Liberty, Casey County, KY, Tuesday, June 26, at the age of 73 years and 17 days. She was a factory worker and member of the Athens Church of Christ.
