Hart found, deceased By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY JAMESTOWN, KY - 28-year-old Christopher W. Allman of Miller Drive in Jamestown, KY has been arrested and charged with the Murder of 31-year-old Sarah B. Hart. Allman was arrested at the Jamestown Police Department at 5:09 PM CST.
