KSP searching for missing 31 year old Russell Co., KY woman Sarah B. Hart last seen running between Jamestown and Russell Springs By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY JAMESTOWN, KY - The Kentucky State Police are attempting to locate 31-year-old Sarah B. Hart of Jamestown. Sarah was last seen this morning at approximately 5:30amCT running on US 0127 between Jamestown and Russell Springs. She is 5'5" tall, 120 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing an orange Under Armor tank top, gray capri pants and pink and gray running shoes.
