Dirt bike/ATV with trailer collision results in injury to cycle rider By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY SPRINGFIELD, KY - Tpr. Fred Cornett is investigating a collision that occurred on Saturday, June 9 at 2:48pmET on KY 0152, 6 miles east of Springfield, KY. 14-year-old Stetson Settles of Springfield was traveling west on KY 0152, operating a 1998 Honda ATV while pulling a trailer. 10-year-old Noah Settles of Springfield was also traveling west on KY 0152, ahead of the Honda, operating a 2005 Yamaha Dirt Bike. Both operators made a right turn into a private drive when Stetson Settles attempted to pass Noah Settles and struck the dirt bike with the trailer causing Noah to lose control and crash. Stetson Settles was not injured. Noah Settles was transported to Springview Hospital by Washington County EMS where he was treated and released.
