  9. Approval of Tire Bids for 2012-13
  10. Approval of Senior Portrait Bids
  11. Approval of Student Insurance for 2012-2013
  12. Approval of out-of-state trip for Adair County High School Energy Tech Students using LWC vehicle for transportation
  13. Approval Approval of out-of-state trip for Adair County High School Future Solving Team to Bloomington, IN
  14. Approval to Create a Speech/Language Pathologist position for the 2012-13 school year.
  15. Approval to waive fees for use of Adair COunty Elementary School Cafeteria for Benefit Fundraiser
  16. Approval to delare out-dates and non-working technology items as surplus for disposal
  17. Approval to raise lunch prices for 2012-2013 from $1.75 to $2.00 due to Federal mandate for paying students

  25. Approval to classify Special Ed and Preschool as District Positions.
