Oversteering a factor in one-car injury accident on KY 61 By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - Tpr. Justin Phillips is investigating a collision that occurred today, 6 miles north of Columbia on KY 61 at 7:10amCT. 65-year-old Shirley Thomas of Greensburg, KY was traveling south on KY 61in a 2004 Nissan Frontier. Thomas vehicle left the roadway and then she oversteered and overturned. She was wearing her seatbelt and was treated and released at Westlake Regional Hospital. Tpr. Phillips was assisted at the scene by Adair County EMS and Search & Rescue.
