LWC-Peru State Game Time Moved to 10amCT on Saturday

NAIA National Tournament in Paducah

PADUCAH, KY - Due to potential weather moving in the Paducah area on Saturday, the Lindsey Wilson College and Peru State (NE) University baseball game has been moved up to 10amCT at Brooks Stadium, 2400 Brooks Stadium Drive, Paducah, KY. The game was originally scheduled for 1pmCT. It is an elimination game in the NAIA Opening Round Tournament in the Paducah Bracket.



Top-seed LSU-Shreveport awaits the winner in the championship game scheduled for 1pmCT on Saturday.

LSU-Shreveport (50-4) sent the second-seeded Blue Raiders (42-15) into the loser's bracket after a 1-0 win on Friday. Fourth-seeded Peru State (37-17) survived an elimination game tonight with a 6-3 win over No. 3-seed Bellevue (NE) University.

Peru State, the Heart of the America Tournament champions, has won 13 of its last 15 games entering Saturday's game. The Bobcats fell into the loser's bracket on Thursday after losing to Shreveport 9-3. From Lindsey Wilson College
