In Louisville, Von Price pays 150 for water each month! Says local utility deserves small increases, workers deserve support. "Working for the water company is not a cheesecake job," she says. By Von Price People. Whoever it concerns!Talk about a water bill; let me tell you a little about a water bill. In Louisville, KY, where I live, whatever the cost of water you use, you are charged the same amount for drainage. Everyone knows that in the Summer Time you water your lawn, wash your automobiles, and wash driveways off, and we all know that amount of water goes in the ground, but their thinking is that it goes into the drainage system. Right? Furthermore there is nothing - and I mean nothing - that we can do about it! This seems so unfair, but I guess it is like they say, it is the price of living in the Big City. So whoever it concerns: you have no reason to complain about a small water bill.In Louisville, an average water bill a month is from $100.00 to $150.00, and this is just average. My bill is always at least $150.00 or more. So please, please, don't complain about your little water billWe have had an increase of 14 to 16 percent a year. So think before you complain so much about such a small thing. Working for the water company is not a cheese cake job. They are exposed to all types of chemicals. These people deserved a raise in rater and salaries. But as I always say, "This is just my opinion. Lets just keep everyone clean.Von Price This story was posted on 2012-01-14 09:15:03
