Miss Victoria is fixing Country Ham on Biscuits for Dec. 3, 2011

By Victoria Pike

Our Democratic Women's Club will be there with bells on for Christmas in Columbia at the Courthouse Downtown on Saturday, December 3, 2011.

In addition to baked goodies, I will be having country ham on biscuits for all those hungry shoppers. So be sure and come by to get yours early before they are all gone.

Miss Cynthia is making cheese balls and crafty Pam is sewing up aprons for any occasion.

I am sure the rest of our ladies are hard at work whipping up some delicious desserts. This is our annual fundraiser for our scholarship fund so we ask our members to bake once a year to help a graduating senior from Adair County High School further their education.

Thanks in advance to all our hard working members for supporting a deserving child with their generous donations of a baked good or craft item.

-VICTORIA PIKE
