DonnieWatch: He's now at work lighting Christmas The very vigilant Ned Reagin of Cafe on the Square was the first assigned DonnieWatcher to spot the Jolly Donnie Rowe on his annual duties to begin the supervision of the installation of Columbia's Christmas lights, traditional "official" start of Christmas in Columbia. Mr. Rowe and his cheery band are out in bone chilling weather this morning laying out the fixtures for the bucket truck operators to mount on utiliy poles around the city. The work is now underway.
