Clinton Co., KY, pursuit ends in multiple arrests Alphonso Duncan, Jr., 30 years old, Somerset, KY, and Patrick Stewart, 32, Columbia, KY, both arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail following report of vehicle traveling at high rate of speed on KY 90 in Clinton Co. Trooper Tony Wells was assisted by units from Kentucky Fish & Wildlife, Burkesville City Police, and the Cumberland County Sheriff's Department By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - (Saturday, November 19, 2011) Kentucky State Police, Post 15 received a call from the Clinton County dispatch at 8:48amCT and were requested to observe for a Gray 4-dr Pontiac involved in an armed robbery in the city limits of Monticello, KY. Trooper Tony Wells observed the vehicle traveling east on KY 0090 at a high rate of speed. Tpr. Wells initiated a traffic stop which led to the discovery of a handgun, a mask and a large sum of cash inside the vehicle. The vehicle was found to have been stolen from Pulaski County. Investigators from Monticello responded to the scene and identified the two subjects as the robbery suspects.
