We'll know in 90 days, when all the money is due to be paid back - or not. We'll know when the county's hospital is saved - or not. And we'll know when the $1 million a month payroll is saved - or not. And we'll know each time another life is saved because Westlake Regional Hospital is here when Rick Caldwell and his family or Ed Waggener and his family desperately needs it - or not.
