KSP Post 15 detectives played role in sex offender conviction Case which resulted n conviction of Clinton Co., KY man, today, was investigated by KSP Post 15, Columbia, KY, Detectives Bradly Stotts, Mike Dubree, Russell Decker. By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY ALBANY, KY (Tuesday, 2011-06-14/11:30:00amCT) - On June 13th, 2011, a Clinton County, KY jury found a local man guilty of Sex Abuse. Terry Marcum, age 40, of Albany, was convicted by a Clinton County Circuit jury following a two year investigation by Kentucky State Police detectives. The investigation originated from accusations that Marcum subjected a juvenile female to sexual contact. Marcum was originally charged with three counts of sexual abuse 1st degree (victim under 12) and one count of sexual abuse 1st degree, forcible compulsion. Marcum was convicted of one count of sexual abuse by forcible compulsion and recommended to serve a sentence of three years for the offense. Detective Bradly Stotts, Detective Mike Dubree, and Detective Russell Decker were the investigators in the case.
