She was a former proofreader for the American Bank Stationery Co. in Louisville, KY Jo Ann Bridges, 73, of Burkesville, KY (a resident of Cumberland Valley Manor, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, KY. Funeral services will be on Friday, June 10, 2011, at 1pmCT, at Ballou and Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Burial in the Lawless Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5pm-9pmCT on Thursday, June 9, 2011, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, in Burkesville. Jo Ann Bridges, Cumberland Co., KY (1937-2011) Jo Ann Bridges was born in Jamestown, Russell Co., KY, on Tuesday, August 17, 1937. She was the daughter of the late Erma Collins Hawkins, and the late Owen Hawkins. Jo Ann Bridges, Cumberland Co., KY (1937-2011). She died Tuesday, June 7, 2011, at in Burkesville, Cumberland CO., KY, at the age of 73 years, 9 months, and 21 days. She was preceded in death by her husband Donnie Bridges, 1 Brother, Murlin Collins; and two sisters, Irene Bagshaw; Margaret Vaughn. She was a member of Long Run Baptist Church in Edgewood, KY, and a former employee and proofreader for American Bank Stationary Company in Louisville, KY. Survivors include the following:
