Recurrent events for June & July, 2011, updated Join a growing number of savvy advertisers who are promoting goods and services using CM Front Page ads with CM Events. CALL (270) 250-2730 for information. So many people tell us that the Events Calendar is so important the site would be tops with them, if Events were all Columbia Magazine contained. Recurrent events have been posted and updated for June and July, 2011. If your organization's events are not in ColumbiaMagazine.com Events, please send as soon as possible to get the greatest impact for your event. This is a special time of the year, with fairs, homecomings, picnics, church events, and outdoor events. Community Events listings are especially important for tourists, and for organizations seeking to maintain attendance and interest when the sunshine, gentle summer breezes, and lakes and streams are calling. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful response we've gotten to appeals to submit Events in our format. We especially appreciate the help of the members of the Adair County Ministerial Association, public officials, and schools and institutions. And of course, we appreciate those public minded advertisers and supporters without whom ColumbiaMagazine.com could not be possible. We're including a few notes below for those who may not be familiar with our process for handling news items:Please include the answers to the 5W's and an H, as in this checklist:
