Michele and Mark Hale home safe and sound

Mark Hale writes: In some ways it seems longer than only a day and a half but we are absolutely thrilled to be home safe and sound. Michele is doing wonderful and facebooking with some friends as I type this. I attended to her drains a few minutes ago they are doing fine. After washing up a bit she is tired and a little sore so she is resting easy now in the bed which she said feels great. Nothing like your own bed.

Before we left Somerset she wanted a Sonic ice cream, so we took care of that and she also wanted to see the traveling Vietnam wall so we went to see that for just a few minutes, then we came home.

Overall, I am most impressed with Michele's strong will to beat cancer and move on with her life. I bet before long some of you will be seeing us out for just a little bit. Thanks to you all for all the words of encouragement and good will we love you all. - Mark Hale.
