Columbian who travels sees need for good signage everyday

Comments re photo 40245 Need a to East 80 sign on Public Square at Jamestown ST

Shamarie Claiborne writes:
Now that I travel everyday my feelings on this are real simple - We need a sign!I find my self some place new every week and sometimes twice a week I can't tell you how many times I would be lost without signs, even though I have a map and mapquest directions with me.

I do not have a GPS so I depend on signs to find my way around the state every day now.

My vote: Put up a sign! For those who are passing through it would be a great thing. For those of us who live here we know where KY East 80 is and where it goes but for many in the same shoes as I find myself in these days, it will help them find their way and get them where they are going in a more timely manner end of story. - Shamarie Claiborne
Well said. And just as using Street Numbers saves time and money and natural resources, good signage does saves time and money and natural resources. EW
