KSP Post 15, Columbia, investigating Washington Co. KY hit and run

WASHINGTON CO., KY (2011-05-01) - Trooper Christopher Saunders is investigating a hit and run collision that occurred at 10:08pmET/9:08pmCT, Saturday, April 30, 2011, on KY 150 at the Washington/Nelson County Line.

Erin Karr age 21 of Bardstown was operating a 1990 Pontiac Grand Prix eastbound on 150 when an unknown vehicle pulled out into the center of the roadway and stopped.

Karr struck this vehicle in the rear end and then went over an embankment. The unknown vehicle left the scene. Karr was transported to Flaget Hospital in Bardstown for non-life threatening injuries.
