Green Co., KY student injured in vehicle vs. pedestrian collision By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY GREENSBURG, KY - Trooper Clint Walker, Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating a vehicle vs. pedestrian collision that occurred April 27, 2011, at approximately 2:25pmCT at Green County Primary School. The collision occurred when 12 year old student exited a vehicle and crossed into the path of a 1996 Chevy, operated by Rhonda Ratliff, age 48, of Greensburg, KY. Ratliff's vehicle struck Corbin, knocking her to the ground. Corbin was transported to the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital, where she was treated and released. Ratliff was belted and not injured.
