Remembering Wayne Kemp: A very smart man

Mark Kemp writes:
He was my uncle. I will miss him. I did not know he was sick. I moved to Florida 10 years ago and I am a little out of touch, not to mention 800 miles. My uncle was a quiet person, but when he spoke you had to listen because I thought he was very smart. Common sense smart. Made me laugh to! To his Brian, I am sorry for your loss.-Mark Kemp
