Obituary: Eugene Mabin, 84, Greensburg, KY Mr. Mabin was a retired chef, a farmer, a US Navy Veteran of World War II, and a member of the Kelleyville Community Church. Eugene Mabin, 84, Greensburg, KY, died Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at 1:15amCT at his residence. The funeral service will be Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at 10:00amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with Pastor Corrie Shull and Rev. Stanley Watson officiating. Burial will be in Cane Valley Cemetery, 83 Cane Valley Cemetery RD, Columbia, KY in the Cane Valley community of Adair County. Visitation will be after 6:30pmCT, Monday, August 3, 2009, at the funeral home. He was born in Wathena, KS, on January 10, 1925, the son of the late Edward R. Mabin. He married Mary Mabin, who survives. He is further survived by the following:
