I had an Uncle Joe Cooley who was in the Navy at this time. His name was Joseph Henry Cooley. He died in December 1993. The other Joseph Elmo Cooley listed on the Veteran's List was my brother and he was in the Army. He was born in 1930 and died in 1949 in Japan.
