Scenic Adair Co., KY: The World from The Holler and On Top

2009-01-09 - The Holler, and the Top World of Adair Co., KY - Photo by Shamarie Claiborne.
SHAMARIE CLAIBORNE writes, "The Top World was almost as beautiful as the holler this morning! The photo on the left is looking up KY 80 towards Russell Springs," she writes of her stop along the way to Columbia to take the boys to school. On arrival, the sun had risen higher in the sky and another dramatic Adair visit stopped her again. "The one on the right is from ACES was taken as I was letting Dusty out at Adair County Elementary School. It looks like snow and fog," she said. A Today, January 9, 2009, feature."
