Letter: Vietnam veteran recalls morale boost care package gave

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

I saw in paper where you were discussing care packages and what to send to our troops overseas for the Holidays .The Ladies Aux of VFW post 6281 in Edmonton and Post 6097 in Columbia will be glad to help.

As a Vietnam Veteran I was away from home three Christmases.

I received one care package and I was so proud and glad to get it. It made me feel someone really cared for us and brought our morale up. I am sending a list of things we are going to send in hopes you will print it for us. (List below)

Thank you and your staff for doing everything you do for the Older Veterans and today's Heroes who are fighting terrorist all over the world.
