Gas price hits $3.99; is it time to think of busses?

Has anybody considered a shuttle bus service?

To ColumbiaMagazine.com:

Gas prices in Russell Springs hit $3.99 yesterday afternoon.

Has anyone considered the possibility of a bus or shuttle service for our area.

If you consider the traffic flow on Greenhills Road...we are really going a lot from Columbia to Russell Springs. Once the bridge finally opens it is a straight shot up Highway 80. A bus route from the Wal-Mart parking lot to Russell Springs and maybe one going to Campbellsville, as well.

It sure is something to think about with these gas prices...I have cut back on my driving as much as possible. And I am now recycling our trash. I'm trying to do my part!
