Petition to Discontinue County Road
Comes now, the petitioner, C.D. McClister, 237 Clynus McClister Road, Columbia, Kentucky, 42728, who owns property in Adair County, Kentucky, located on Clynus McClister Road, Columbia, Kentucky, wish is of record in Deed Book 280, Page 569, dated the 23rd day of November, 2004, and recorded in the Adair County Clerk's Office, and hereby requests that the Clynus McClister Road in Adair County, Kentucky, be discontinued as a county road pursuant to KRS 178.070. The Clynus McClister Road is located in District 3.
