Adair Co. Grand Jury May 29 indictments On Friday, May 29, 2026, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against 8 individuals on charges including possession, flagrant nonsupport, reckless driving, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, wanton endangerment, promoting contraband, trafficking, DUI, flight, and numerous traffic violations. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
