Pamela Diane Newton, 66, Taylor County, KY Pamela Diane Newton, 66, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, passed away on May 30, 2026, entering her next life surrounded by loved ones. She was born on December 22, 1959, to Glen Allen Newton and Alma Lucille (Wise) Newton. She is preceded in death by them as well as her two sons, Ernest Tyler Akins and Jonathan Glen Harmon. She was a loud and proud follower of Christ. Pam spent most of her adult life as a waitress, the last 25 years at Creekside Restaurant, pulling her oxygen along to her tables until the very end. She was 58 inches of spirit and strength. She loved to give and to gather. Her favorite pastimes were finding ways to 'pay it forward' and hosting family parties. Her favorite roles were always that of 'Aunt Pam,' 'Nanny,' and, most importantly, 'Mama.' She is survived by a daughter, Sarah Harmon, of Lexington, Kentucky. She is also survived by two grandchildren, Zachary Robertson and Jasmin Robertson, both of Campbellsville, and a special granddog, Odie, who brought her so much joy. She leaves behind two brothers, Allen (Janice) Newton and Donnie (Alisha) Newton, of Campbellsville, as well as many special nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. She will also be missed by many dear friends. FUNERAL SERVICE: 1pmET Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev.
