Frazier officially opens new fitness center

By Ellen Zornes, Executive Director
Columbia-Adair County Chamber of Commerce

A ribbon cutting and grand opening was held May 28th by the Chamber Health Advocate of the Year, O'Shaugnessy Fraizer, at his Infinity Fitness and Wellness. He is married to Dr. Shantila Frazier and together they are dedicated to health.

He is a fitness professional with nearly two decades of experience helping individuals achieve healthier, stronger lives. His passion for fitness began at a young age and has grown into a lifelong commitment to supporting people of all ages and ability levels on their wellness journeys.

Over the years, he has served as a personal trainer to many, building not just strength and endurance, but confidence and resilience in those he works with.

Opening his gym, Infinity Fitness and Wellness, represents the realization of a lifelong dream--one rooted in service, compassion, and community impact. O'Shaughnessy is known for his genuine care for others, meeting each person where they are and celebrating every milestone, no matter how small. His encouraging, hands-on approach creates an environment where everyone feels welcome and motivated.

A proud advocate for fitness and overall well-being in Columbia, Kentucky, O'Shaughnessy continues to inspire those around him through his energy, positivity, and unwavering commitment to helping others succeed.

The timing of opening his fitness and wellness center was not by accident. O'Shaughnessy is retiring from his long career with the City of Columbia as Sanitation Director. Mayor Pam Hoots says of O'Shaughnessy, "We are extremely proud of his accomplishments, we wish him the best in his endeavors at Infinity Fitness and Wellness and know he will do extremely well. We are going to miss him but we wish him the very best. This has been his dream all his life and I'm so glad and proud he is being able to accomplish it."

Now, he will be able to do what he loves full time.
