City of Columbia

The Columbia City Council will meet in regular session at 5pmCT on Monday, June 1, 2026, at City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

In addition to regular business, the lengthy agenda includes first readings of 5 new ordinances. Three are budget- or purhcasing-related, one is a noise ordinance, and one would establish a curfew for city parks.

    AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AMENDING THE CITY OF COLUMBIA KENTUCKY ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR (07/01/25) THROUGH (06/30/26), BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT.

  • 3rd Item: First reading of Ordinance No. 220.196:
    AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF COLUMBIA KENTUCKY ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR (07/01/25) THROUGH (06/30/26), BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT.

  • 8th Item: Enter Executive Session per KRS 61.810(1)(g).
    DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN A PUBLIC AGENCY AND A REPRESENTATIVE OF A BUSINESS ENTITY AND DISCUSSIONS CONCERNING A SPECIFIC PROPOSAL, IF OPEN DISCUSSIONS WOULD JEOPARDIZE THE SITING, RETENTION, EXPANSION, OR UPGRADING OF THE BUSINESS.
