2026 Back to School Bash call for sponsors From Trey Stephens City of Columbia | Assistant to the Mayor The City of Columbia is planning their fourth annual Back To School Bash for 11amCT on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the City Park on Fairground Street. The event will once again feature master magician Lance Burton and other acts. The City is seeking sponsors for the t-shirts that will be distributed that day. Sponsorships are available at either $100 or $50. If your group or organization would like to set up and giveaway school supplies or snacks, please let us know, we are compiling a list of all participants. We are also accepting vendors who would like to give away items to school-age children, such as backpacks, school supplies, etc. If you would like to be a sponsor, or want to participate in the event, please contact City Hall at 270-384-2501.
