Baseball: Indians fall to Cardinals in District Championship By Trey Stephens, Staff Writer The Indians fell to the Cardinals of Taylor County 4-2 in the 20th District Championship on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. They will now move on to the 5th Region Tournament. The team fell to the Cardinals with an inability to score in high enough numbers, with just four hits and minimal base runners, severely limiting their scoring ability.
