Baseball: Adair playing in District Championship By Trey Stephens, Staff Writer The Adair County High School Baseball team (18-18) clinched a bid to the 5th Region Tournament after knocking off top-seeded Campbellsville in the opening round of the 20th District Tournament on Sunday, May 17, 2026, in a 2-1 game. That game was preceded by wins over Monroe County and Casey County, as well as a loss to Greenwood to close out the regular season on a three game stretch. The team will face the Taylor County Cardinals (20-9) at Campbellsville High School tonight, Tuesday, May 19, 2026, as they pursue a 20th District title. The Indians and the Cardinals split regular season meetings, with both defending their home fields. This story was posted on 2026-05-19 20:42:22
