Tiffany Riggins-Blakley named Educator of the Year By Kim Harwood, Executive Director, Edmonton Metcalfe Chamber of Commerce Tiffany Riggins-Blakley was honored as the Educator of the Year at the 29th Annual Senior Celebrity Banquet April 23rd. She was accompanied by her husband, Chris Blakley, mother, Julie Pedigo, and special guest Mrs. LeAnne Bell. Tiffany graduated from Casey County High School in 2014 and Campbellsville University in 2018. Tiffany is in her seventh year at Metcalfe County High School and her fifth as Band Director. During her time with the Metcalfe County School System, she has inspired the love of learning in her students. She offers encouragement and support, not just to the students but to her colleagues and all those that cross her path. She has a smile that is contagious and warmth that is felt the minute you speak to her. Congratulations to the 2026 Educator of the Year, Tiffany Riggins-Blakley. This award could not go to anyone more deserving and what a credit you are to your profession! Mrs. Riggins-Blakley was introduced by Metcalfe County Middle School Assistant Principal, LeAnne Bell.
