Jackie A. Emerson, 82, Casey County, KY Jackie Emerson, of Windsor, passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at the age of 82. Born January 31, 1944, in Casey County, KY, he was a son of the late JT and Lois Luttrell Emerson. Jackie was owner/operator of Emerson's Garage in Windsor. He was a former parts manager and truck driver for Wright Implement. Jackie was a member of the Cedar Springs Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing. Survivors include his wife, Juree Burton Maurer Emerson of Windsor; sons, Jeff Emerson of Windsor and Robbie (and Dubis) Emerson of Dunnville; step-sons, Bill (and Ayn) Brockman of Kingston, TN and Roger (and Lila) Brockman of Morrow, OH; step-daughter, Audrey (and Thomas) VonLuehrte of Addison, OH; brothers, Wendell (and Janet) Emerson of Windsor and Kent (and Patty) Emerson of Dunnville; sister, Glenna (and John) Stephens of Dunnville; 2 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; and 5 step-great-grandchildren. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Redith Tucker Emerson. Funeral services will be held at 2pmET Sunday, May 10, 2026, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Oakes officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12noon Sunday until the service. Pallbearers will be David and Keith Emerson and Bryan, Evan, Logan, and Kaden Stephens. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Stephens, Bill Brockman, and Roger Brockman.
