CPD: Adair Co. man charged with possession The Columbia Police Department was dispatched to a local business in reference to a harassment complaint on May 3, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m. (CST) Upon arrival, Columbia Police arrested a Columbia man on multiple charges. Columbia Police Officer Trent Williams was the arresting officer. Andrew R. White, 38, of Columbia was charged with the following:
