Joyce Elaine Sneed, 67, Columbia, KY (1958-2026) Joyce Elaine Sneed of Columbia passed away at her residence on Monday, April 20, 2026. She was 67 years old. Funeral services will be held at 1pmCT on Monday, April 27, 2026, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY. Burial will follow in the Cave Family Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10amCT on Monday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Born on July 14, 1958, in Lebanon, Kentucky, Joyce lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and a deep love for those around her. Joyce spent a significant part of her career as a machine operator at OshKosh. Beyond her work, Joyce found joy in gardening, listening to music, and cherishing moments spent with her family and friends. She attended 3trees Church, Joyce's faith was an integral part of her life, providing her with strength and comfort throughout her years. She is survived by her beloved daughter, Tina Wells, and Tina's partner, Kai Williams; grandchildren Grayson Riggins, Skylar Riggins, and a granddaughter, and her mother Brittany Harmon; as well as great-grandchildren Breyton and Zeighlyn Riggins. She is also lovingly remembered by her brother Steve Cave, niece Macy Clark, and special friends Bryan and Karen Ballou. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Naomi Overstreet Cave, her son, Ryan Sneed, and her sister, Debra Clark. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
