Animal Shelter grand opening, Saturday, April 22, 2006 cancelled Event will be rescheduled at a date to be announced; change will allow greater participation by partner counties Metcalfe and Russell The Green River Animal Shelter (GRAS) ribbon cutting and open house that were scheduled for this Saturday, April 22, 2006 have been canceled. Metcalfe, Russell and Adair Counties are served by and are a part of The Green River Animal Shelter.
