4-H Shooting Sports Orientation and Safety Meeting By Tony Rose Adair County Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development Would you like to get involved with the 4-H Shooting Sports Program? The Adair County 4-H Shooting Sports Program is open to youth ages 9-18 of Adair County. Youth will learn about the many different aspects of shooting sports. If you have an interest in getting involved in this program, you need to attend this meeting with a parent or guardian. There will be an orientation and safety meeting at 5:30pmCT on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the Adair County Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY. This meeting is open to all returning and new youth who are interested in our shooting sports program. We offer shooting sports disciplines: archery, rifle, pistol, black powder, and trap.
