Casey Marie Caldwell, 47, Russell County, KY Casey Marie Caldwell, of Jamestown, passed away at home surrounded by her family, on Monday, March 30, 2026. She was 47 years of age. Born August 21, 1978, in Anderson, Indiana, she was a daughter of the late Dana Shaw and Ruthanne Cain Bennett. Casey had an outgoing personality with a tremendous sense of humor. She was very creative and enjoyed doing nails and crafting. Casey also enjoyed listening to music, taking care of her houseplants and flowers, and attending flea markets and yard sales with her family. She was a familiar face at Kroger, having worked there for almost twelve years at the time of her passing. Casey's greatest love was her family and friends and she will be dearly missed by all of them. Survivors include her husband, Jeremiah Caldwell; a son, Leif Cooper (and Heather Moreland) of Jamestown; three daughters, Fawn Cooper, of Jamestown, and Destiny Caldwell and Alexis Clark, both of Anderson, Indiana; a brother, Randy Bennett; two sisters, Brandy Bennett and Lisa Bennett; 2 grandchildren, Allison Cooper and Arelia Clark; a special nephew and niece, Travis Shaw and Haleigh Berry; mother-in-law, Sharon Stephens; special friends, Lance D. Johnson and Brenda Durbin; and her little "Punkin"- her dog, Jax. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Zachary Caldwell, a brother, Bryon Shaw, and her best friend, Patty Cook. Cremation rites were honored according to Casey's wishes. A Celebration of Life will be held by her family at a later date. Bernard Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. This story was posted on 2026-04-01 11:51:26
