Wanda G. Hovious, 76, Columbia, KY (1949-2026) Wanda Gayle Hovious of Columbia passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Summit Manor Nursing Home. She was 76 years old. Graveside services will be held at NoonCT on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 10amCT until NoonCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY. She was born on September 24, 1949, in Knifley, KY to the late Hubert Hovious, Sr and Iva Mae Beard Hovious Stotts. Wanda was a member of the New Concord Church. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her cats. Survivors include two nieces, Sharon Pierce and Charlotte Campbell both of Columbia, KY. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings Betty Ellen Pierce and Hubert Roy Hovious, Jr. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
