Faye Holt Smith, 92, Mt. Carmel/Coburg, KY (1934-2026) Faye Holt Smith of the Mt. Carmel/Coburg community died on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. She was 92 years old. The funeral service will be held at 11amCT on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Lanny Garner officiating. Burial will follow in Hovious Cemetery. Visitation is requested after 5pmCT on Tuesday. She was born January 29, 1934, in Taylor County, to the late Marvin Luther and Anna Mae Perkins Holt. Faye was a member of Mt. Carmel Church and retired from Fruit of the Loom. Survivors include:
