In addition to regular business, items on the agenda include the second reading of an ordinance affecting zoning at 601/603 Jamestown Street, first reading of an amendment to the ordinance governing Mayoral compensation, and the adoption of a "Statement of Goals and Objectives" for the Columbia Comprehensive Plan.
