LETTER: Shannon Sexton speaks out on outrageous comments

From: Shannon Sexton
To: ColumbiaMagazine.com

I really think that your website is great, however I feel that when the public posts comments, they should be required to submit to you an email address for verification and submit on their comments a name and city/state.

It's almost pathetic that people can post such outrageous comments online for all to see, yet all the while stay anonymous.

Thank you,
Shannon K. Sexton

Der Shannon,

Thanks for your comments on the website. We are in agreement with you. That's why, in January, we stoppedallowing annonymous comments and started insisting on identification.
