ACHS Band members spent spring break on tour of New York City

Spring break found ACHS national champion band members on tour of the Big Apple
By Alice Wheeler
(Band booster and T.J.'s grandmother)

Our little big band left for New York City early on Sunday morning and will return home today. Eveyone seemed excited, but sleepy as the buses loaded and headed out for the big trip.

What a deserving band (and director)! Its been a wonderful season.

After such an incredible season, I would like to say thanks to Mr. Allen and the band.

I can't wait for the spring concert!

ColumbiaMagazine.com thanks Alice for news of the band and welcomes reports on highlights of the trip from band members and boosters. And please send the dates for the spring concert so we can share the news with readers and all plan to attend.

To send news, just click on "submit a story" in the site menu box in the top left of our home page.
