Chamber Breakfast at TJ Health Columbia on Tuesday

The annual Adair County Chamber Breakfast will be held from 7amCT to 9amCT on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at T.J. Health Columbia, 901 Wellness Way, Columbia, KY. The breakfast menu will include breakfast bombs (sausage, egg and cheese baked inside a biscuit), gravy, hash brown casserole, fresh fruit, mini muffins, coffee, oj, and water.

Attendees are asked to help spread holiday cheer by bringing donations of new toys for Operation Christmas Spirit.

Sunrise over Christmas breakfast at TJ Health

On her way to TJ Health for the Chamber of Commerce Cram the Cruiser Christmas breakfast at TJ Health Columbia, Stacey Biggs said she had to stop for a moment and appreciate the glorious sunrise at 6:30 Tuesday morning. TJ Health provided breakfast and sponsored the Cram the Cruiser toy collection. Three Columbia Police Department vehicles were loaded up to go to families in need.

Cram the CPD Crusier breakfast and toy drive

TJ Health Columbia sponsored the Tuesday morning Chamber of Commerce Cram the Cruiser breakfast and toy collection event. Columbia Police Department loaded up three cruisers and prepared to connect the gifts with families in need. TJ cuisine featured at Tuesday breakfast

William and Julie, TJ Dietary and Food Services managers, were popular folks at the Tuesday breakfast featuring biscuit bombs with eggs, bacon and sausage, gravy, mixed fruit, muffins, coffee, water and OJ, all cooked in the TJ Health Columbia hospital kitchen.

Planning for next year's Chamber of Commerce events

The minute one event closes - as in the weekend parade and the toy drive breakfast sponsored by TJ Health Columbia - leaders go over what worked and how to improve next year. At the close of the breakfast event Chamber of Commerce board member Tina Thomas, at left, and executive director Ellen Zornes, at right, took a break to talk about plans to help businesses and the community next season.
